Acupressure is the safe, simple, economical & effective way to treat common ailments. One can do self treatment even at home or office if you have the knowledge of acupressure. You must know the indications of acupressure and the technique of acupressure treatment & it’s duration. Acupressure is the simplest way to get relief from simple headache to heart attack. Acupressure is a boon for mankind if practised sincerely in day to day life.
